Welcome to Jayne Becca Yoga. Jayne is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor and Strala Yoga guide based in the beautiful city of Bristol and South Gloucestershire in the UK.
Yoga allows us to link our mind, body and breathe drawing our attention inwards. Finding balance for the body and mind. Classes are laid back, energetic with an open vibe. Everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced yogis. Classes are open to all - everybody gets to move easily from right where they are. You'll get strong, dissolve stress and accomplish challenges with ease!
Upcoming Retreats and Workshops
Welcome to the first Jayne Becca Yoga retreat of 2018! Devon holds a special place in my heart and I am so excited to announce that we are heading back to the countryside space of East Down for two retreats in 2018. This three day yoga journey will wake you up you from the inside out, nourish your body and mind. We will be using our yoga practice to create space, release that which is no longer serving us and calm our body and our mind. It is the perfect well-being escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Join me for invigorating yoga classes, peaceful meditations and lots of super healthy, delicious food made with love by our private chef. This yoga weekend will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, empowered and ready to head into Spring feeling totally revived.
Following the success of leading weekend yoga retreats in the UK and by request, Jayne Becca Yoga is adventuring into Europe with our first week long yoga retreat in Ibiza. I chose Ibiza as not only has it been on my travel list for years but it is the perfect place for a week long escape to do yoga, relax and explore this bohemian island. Join us!

I have a confession - I have never been a gym person. I hate it, the noise, the sweat, other peoples sweat - just no. Don't get my wrong I have spent a fair amount of time in gyms when training for a half marathon in the winter or that time when I was addicted to spin classes - oh how times have changed! SO where do you workout when you get bored or your current routine?
Hello friends! I am back from my travels around Europe (if you missed my travels you can see lots of pictures over on Instagram) and after just over a week of settling back in to life in Bristol I am back on the blog.
