I ended up filming this video after a particularly feel good self practice. It felt so good in my body that I had to share it with you guys as well, so here we have it! This is a 20 minute morning yoga flow video for hips and is perfect for all levels. The sequence with the strap at the beginning is my personal go to at anytime I feel that something is going on my with lower back and highly recommend it if you have lower back issues or just need to keep the lower back happy in general!
Once I was warmed up in my self practice by moving through this sequence I changed it up as you can see in my Instagram video below.
