We all know that green smoothies are good for us and trust me this one tastes so delicious you won't realise how good for you it is!
You will need:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 nectarine, chopped
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
Blend it up & enjoy!
I actually ended up using an extra nectarine myself just because I had them to use it! You can always increase or decrease the amounts to your taste but try to keep a good amount of greens in there.
