Fitness // Half Marathon Training Weeks Six & Seven

Happy Friday! It seems odd saying that as I am completely confused with what day of the week it is at the moment. I hope you are all having a lovely time with your friends and family... today I am stuck in work *sob*. Anyway enough about my woes! Here is how my last week and a half training has gone. 
I will be completely honest with you ~ between the weather (stormy), the travelling (long drives) and the holidays my runs have got a little off track right now. Not to worry though it is to be expected over the holiday week! I am just prepared to get right back to it once the New Year hits. I am travelling down to Devon this weekend so I'm not sure if I will be able to get a run in however after that I am back in Bristol and ready to go!
