Origins GinZing Moisturiser // Review

Hello lovely readers! I hope you all had a lovely Easter break. Today was spent driving (well, Matt driving) back down the motorway to Bristol, but I am back safe and sound and I have a review for you.

When it comes to skincare Origins have to be one of my favourite brands. I can always trust them to have products which my skin loves. I have been seriously impressed by their High-Potency Night-A-Mins moisturiser in the past so when I saw they had brought out the GinZing moisturiser I couldn't wait to give it a try! After a couple of months of using this product day and night I am in love with it.

The white lotion has a gel like texture much like the oil free High-Potency Night-A-Mins cream so I knew that my skin would get on with it well. It has a lightweight texture which is perfect for the daytime before you put on your foundation. Often I used to skip moisturiser before make-up as I always felt it was a bit 'heavy' on my skin, well not with this wondrous product! It works perfectly with my combination skin so if you have a similar skin type give it a whirl.

Origins say that this product will 'instantly hydrate and rev up radiance' and 'create and healthy vibrant glow'. Sounds wonderful right? Well don't expect miracles but it certainly does give your skin an energy boost and ups the levels of hydration.

Lastly if you don't like heavily fragranced products then this moisturiser won't be for you, but if like me you love the smell of citrus then you will. It smells like fresh oranges which is perfect for a morning wake up! This product can be used as both a day and night cream. At the moment I am using it for both but I think if you like a heavier night cream then this is a day cream only product.

Overall I love this moisturiser and I would repurchase it. The great thing about the Origins moisturisers is that the 50ml jars last for ages which at £23 a pop is much appreciated.

Have you tried Origins GinZing? What is your current favourite moisturiser?
