Happy Friday! I know I always say this but I cannot believe how fast September went by. I have been so busy (in a good way!) and have now finished working my notice period at my office job! It went so much faster than I thought it would. So here I am writing to you as a full time yoga teacher... whoop. Don't forget to check my website for classes and times if you are in Bristol.
So being a generally busy person and rushing around from place to place I sometimes find myself hungry but without options of a healthy snack or lunch. I always make my own lunches if I am going to the office and it's good to have a snack bar or a piece of fruit handy for when you start to get hungry. Especially as we all know that sometimes it is far to tempting to grab a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar but in doing so we are self sabotaging our healthy eating habits.
I love Nakd Bars as a quick sweet snack. Trek bars are amazing for a post workout boost and I have recently discovered Food Doctor bars which are my favourite right after hot yoga. I also love to keep coconut water in my bag as it's a thirst quencher and an energy boost. For lunch right now I am loving tomato salads with avocado, hummus and wholemeal pitta bread ~ perfection!
