Yay Friday! I am so happy to welcome in the weekend. I started my Friday off with a lovely yoga class, it's nice to go to class and just absorb all the goodness of the practice. The perfect way to start the weekend.
This week I filmed a feel good video for stretching out those hamstrings. I know as a former runner (I do still run but just for fun rather than training) hamstrings and hips can often get tight. Also if you spend a lot of time at a desk during the day again these areas will be tight! So it's good to stretch it out! This video does contain a headstand and a baby grasshopper, remember that if these poses aren't in your practice yet just go as far as what feels good. Stay with your breath throughout the practice.
