Yay it's Friday! And payday for many so I hear, so double yay! This week in my classes the general theme has been twists. There was a new moon on Tuesday so this week has been the perfect time to set intentions, let things go and twist it out! Oh yes! This is a fairly gentle flow but I do give options for you to make it stronger should you wish. There was actually another section that I filmed but due to being half asleep yesterday morning during filming I managed to chop my head out of the frame! Whoops #YouTubeProblems. Anyway! If you wish I would suggest doing this flow a couple of times through for double twisty goodness.
Remember to initiate the twist from the navel and keep the breath strong throughout. Twists are great for detoxing because after the twist the body is flushed with with new fresh oxygen rich blood which helps to remove toxins from the body.
