A much requested video today - how to do forearm stand. In the video I explain my own tips from my own personal progress with the pose.
As always start with the basics, make sure you have strong core and upper body strength. If you feel confident in rocking your headstand then now is a great time to move onto forearm stand. You can always practice with a wall behind you, especially when you are first taking the baby steps to learning this pose. As always, be mindful of your body, take breaks when you need to and come into a child's pose to recover.
