This is a video for all the people who are new or fairly new to yoga. It's a beginners flow with emphasis on linking breath to movement. I like to think of vinyasa flow yoga as a moving meditation. In linking our breath to movement it enables us to drop deeper into the present moment, the here and now.
As always, stay with your breath, do what feels good for you and always drop back down to child's pose if anything feels a bit too much. You can always pause and rewind the video!
