Hello and happy Friday! I am excited for this weekend even though I haven't got a whole lot planned other than teaching two yoga classes (if you are local I am subbing at Kingswood 11am tomorrow - see you there!). I hit the gym this morning and killed it with sprints - I always find that the cardio goes by much faster that way!
So today I have for you a video - a 20 minute power yoga flow, suitable for anyone with a little experience. Give it a go and let me know what you think!
