Happy Friday loves! This week has been so busy but exciting at the same time and I have a busy weekend filled with leading yoga classes and a workshop coming up. As I have been so busy and teaching some pretty dynamic classes I filmed a nice restorative 10 minute wind down yoga before bed sequence for you all. This is perfect for anyone who has had a busy or stressful day and wants to wind down the body and mind for a good nights sleep.
