How did it get to Friday already? I am sat at my desk this morning watching the rain and drinking my morning coffee thinking about just how lucky I am to be able to do something that I love and share it with the world! Thank you to everyone who reads my rambles on my blog, watches my videos and comes along to my yoga classes. I feel like I need to pinch myself! A year ago I was stuck in a job which was going no where with nothing but a dream of what could be. So I guess what I am trying to say is - never stop dreaming! If you can dream it you can do it! Okay so now my Friday pep talk is over with I have a 10 minute yoga for strength and flexibility video for you. It is short and sweet but guaranteed to break a sweat! I hope you enjoy.
