Hola! I have just got back home after teaching this morning at Wilder St Studios and it's a beautiful sunny day! Slightly off topic but I made a super tasty warm salad last night for dinner and it was so good that I will recreate it soon and blog the recipe for you. Anyway, today we are looking at how to do bow pose. I must confess that this isn't my favourite backbend (personally I love a good wheel pose), but it is a great heart opener.
