I am off to teach a yoga class this morning and I am quite excited about it, it's a class I haven't taught before so it's kinda like the first day of school! Today as part of the Back to Basics Yoga Project I am looking at how to do triangle pose aka trikonasana. Remember to breathe full deep breaths once you are in the pose and only gaze upwards if it's okay in your neck. Think about drawing the things energetically towards each other to engage the legs. Don't forget that you can always modify with a block to rest your hand on (or if you are at home a big book will do!). Watch the video for more tips.
