As I am writing this the sun is streaming down outside and I know it's going to be a good day! I am currently brewing some coffee and then I'm going to be filming some new videos for you all. If you have any requests just let me know in the comments below. I cannot believe that it is day 7 of the Back to Basics Yoga Project and today we are looking at how to do warrior one. I have really enjoyed putting together these posts and videos for you and I hope that you have found them helpful.
Warrior one is such a foundational pose in our yoga practice that it is important to make sure that our alignment and expression of the pose is correct. For the arms there are no rules really, you can keep the hands soft in prayer at heart centre if that feels best or you can take them high to the sky as shown above - whatever feels best for you.
