One of the best things about working from home is that when the sun is out I can get my yoga on in the garden! Bliss! Although I am sure the neighbours think I am odd - oh well. So yesterday I donned my brightest leggings and filmed a 10 minute yoga flow warm up for hips video for you all. This is a short flow warm up video but it kinda hops right into a crow pose pretty early on so if you are looking for a super gentle warm up yoga sequence then try this 8 Minute Basic Yoga Warm Up video first. Remember to stay with your breath through the practice and have fun! I think that if you approach a practice with a playful attitude sometimes you can surprise yourself.
