Yesterday I filmed this 30 minute Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings video for you. The hips and hamstrings can often be a little on the tight side espeically if you do a lot of running, cycling and even lifting weights. So it's always good to give them a good stretch. One of the most common yoga questions I get asked in my classes from people new to yoga is - what can I do to be able to touch my toes? The answer is simple but can also be frustrating as there is no 'quick fix' - practice! I recommend lots of forward folds, both standing, seated and supine. I also recommend investing in a yoga strap as they are useful to use in your yoga practice, especially if you have super tight hamstrings. This video should help too. It is suitable for all levels, as always just go as far as what feels good for you.

On a side note it seems like summer is here this weekend in Bristol - whoop! If you are looking for something yoga related to do and are in the city I have ONE space left for my Vinyasa Flow & Yoga Nidra workshop tomorrow. Come and play!
