Good morning guys! You know those mornings where everything just feels super achy? Yep, that's me today. So I this week I filmed a 10 minute gentle morning yoga video for you all. It's super slow and starts with a short centring which is always a great way to begin your yoga practice. If you need a little bit more after this video then I would suggest this 30 minute heart opening yoga flow.
I'm feeling very sleepy this morning myself as along with teaching two yoga classes last night I had a Skype meeting with a beautiful lady from across the globe - it's super exciting and I hope that I can share it with you soon. I'm spending today working on a couple of blog posts for next week and ironing out the final retreat details!
