Today I am sharing a 15 minute yoga video which is an ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow yoga sequence. If you are familiar with ashtanga I am sure that you will recognise sequences - I'm just playing around with it here! When I sequence my classes I love to get students to revolve around the mat, come off the mat and just generally kinda shake things up. Often we can get stagnant in our practice and it's fun to do something different. This yoga flow is suitable for all levels, as always focus on your breath, stay present and have fun.
