As you will probably know by now; I am a huge breakfast fan. In an attempt to recreate something similar to the buckwheat bowls Kayleigh made us for breakfast over the weekend but without buckwheat (I need to buy some, asap!) I came up with this super easy breakfast smoothie bowl. Having just demolished it, I can confirm that it is so good! And it's vegan friendly.
Ingredients - Easy Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 handful of frozen berries
- 1 heaped tsp of almond butter
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- For the toppings - whatever you like! I used Primal Joy Foods Nut Crunch Cinnamon and Raw Chocolate Mulberries
Place the almond milk, banana, frozen berries, almond butter and agave syrup into your blender. Wizz it up until smooth. Pour into a cute bowl. Top with your toppings of choice. ENJOY!
