This week seems to have gone by so fast! I am back today with a 20 minute feel good yoga flow video. I find this sequence is perfect for the mornings, waking up the hamstrings and the shoulders. I hope you enjoy. I am looking at developing my YouTube channel further by including videos which aren't just yoga sequences. I'm thinking healthy recipes, Q&As and maybe a yoga related favourites each month. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments section below.
It's my birthday next week and I am really excited about a mini road trip and break up to Cumbria to visit my family the following weekend. I haven't taken a proper holiday this year so far so I really need a few days just to chill out. I also haven't seen my family since Easter so I am really looking forward to catching up with them.
