It's Friday! I took a little break from filming last week but I am back today with a 20 minute yoga for shoulders video. If you are like me and have pretty tight shoulders then this is maybe something you'd like to do every day to gain flexibility and open up. You don't have to do the whole video every day but perhaps find a couple of the poses which work best for you and pop them into your daily routine. For this video you will need two yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
