Happy Friday yogis! While I was up in Cumbria I filmed a couple of videos for you in my parents gorgeous new room. It's totally empty at the moment which made it perfect for filming. I went back to doing a voice over for this video simply because my parents were around and I didn't want any background noise. I would love to know if you prefer me taking you through to camera like my feel good yoga flow video or if you prefer voice overs. I want to make videos which you LOVE and I am always looking for space for improvement so please let me know by leaving me a comment.
My focus over the next few weeks is going to move more towards my videos so if you would like to see any healthy living videos, routines or recipes then please do let me know what you would like to see!
Today I have the first of my yoga for runners mini series videos. I was asked in yoga class the other week for stretches to do before and after a half marathon so I thought that I would put together a few videos for you all. If you have been following me for a long time you will know that I used to be very into running (and pretty speedy too!) completing two half marathons and a 10k race myself. To be totally honest my current running routine is non existent but it is something that I would love to get back into as we head into the Autumn and Winter, if this is something you would like me to document on the blog or even film a video about then please let me know!
