Hey everyone! Today I am back with part two of my yoga for beginners series. In this 15 minute yoga video we break down 'the vinyasa' and sun salutations A and B. If you haven't seen part one yet then I highly recommend checking that one out first here especially if you are looking for a good warm up first.
Sun salutations build heat in the body to be prepared to sweat and move. They are great to do first thing in the morning to get your body moving and they we help to wake you up!
