This afternoon I put some music on, listened to my own body + my own breath + moved in a way that felt good. Gentle sun salutations intermingled with lunges and side planks, hip openers and twists. Just a short, sweet practice + that's okay. 💗 A reminder to myself that yoga isn't all about handstands + arm balances every day (although they are a lot of fun!) sometimes a slow flow + meditation is what is needed.
