This yoga for runners video was pre-filmed before my charger had to be sent away for repair. I am hoping that I will be able to film a new yoga sequence video for you next week but we'll have to see if I get the charger back from repair! I often think that sometimes runners don't stretch. Am I right? So this video is for all you keen runners out there, it's a sequence which you can do in under 10 minutes to stretch out your muscles before going for a run. I also have a post run yoga sequence for when you get back! Stretching before and after a run or any cardio exercise is important because it helps you to improve your flexibility which will in turn help you to stay injury free.
