I'm sat here in bed writing this post because it sounds so rainy outside that this seems like the best place to be. I could really do with a little sunny trip abroad right now! Sunshine dreaming aside, today I have a requested video for you all - it's a 25 minute power vinyasa flow yoga sequence with a focus on arm balances and inversions. This is not appropriate for total beginners to yoga but if you are just starting out in your arm balance practice you can always use a wall for the inversions or if you feel comfortable practising in the middle of the room then even better!
