It's the holiday season! I love December and I love Christmas... I love waking up at my parents house, spending time with family and having time to reconnect to myself. I also love giving gifts so here are a few of my favourite things to gift to a yogi this Christmas.
OneOeight Subscription - What better way to give to a yogi then to give the gift of presence as a present! OneOeight is a platform dedicated to healing with a foundation in yoga, a place where you can find the tools to create a happy, balanced life. I have been using OneOeight since the launch in October and it is by far my favourite platform for both practising yoga when I wish to be guided and finding a place to heal from within when I am in need of guidance. The beautiful thing is that this platform is still growing and it feeds Rachel's non-profit organsation 109World. $14-$168 depending on length of subscription.
Sgt Pepper's Friends T-Shirt - Gift a t-shirt or tank and 100% of the profits go the animal rescue foundation Sgt. Pepper's Friends. Having grown up around animals and always having animals in my life they own a huge piece of my heart, I'm a huge believer that every animal deserves a loving home and Sgt. Pepper's Friends helps to do this in Aruba and hopefully soon around the world. Plus the t-shirt is super cute! Spread the message! £16
Bluebird Tea Blending Kit - I have loved watching this little company from Brighton grow! I can highly recommend their teas and this is the perfect gift for any tea lover in your life. £25
Teeki Leggings - One of my favourite brands for yoga pants! Eco-friendly, made from plastic bottles, crazy prints - what's not to love? I am in love with the new prints! I've included a link to the UK website which is run by some very lovely yogis down in beautiful Devon but you can also find stockists around the world. £48
MamaZen Bracelets - Anyone who knows me knows that I love discovering cute handmade things on Etsy and this year I came across MamaZen. Her jewellery is beautiful and made with the intent of love, light and peace - stones are Reiki attuned before shipment! £45 for the stack pictured above but she has a huge selection for all budgets.
Jade Yoga Mat - For any yogis in the market for a brand new yoga mat, I recommend this one from Jade Yoga. Cool colours, great grip, eco-friendly and great comfort. Jade mats are made sustainably with natural rubber tapped from rubber trees, a renewable resource and unlike other mats does not contain PVC, EVA or other synthetic rubber. Jade plants a tree for every mat sold - with over 850,000 trees planted so far. £75.95
So those are my offerings for yogi gifts this Christmas! I hope this guide was helpful, do let me know if you have any present recommendations in the comments below. Of course if the person you have in mind would love an amazing yoga retreat in Devon then don't forget I have two offerings for 2016 in March (6 spaces left) and June - it would make the perfect gift to a loved one! xo
