Hey loves! I hope you are having an amazing Wednesday. I taught my morning yogis over at Wilder St Studios this morning, it was a fun filled, heart filled, sweaty class! I just love teaching there. I decided to swing by Waterstones on my way (not on my way) to the bus stop and picked up the new Deliciously Ella Every Day cookbook which looks really good. From what I have seen so far the recipes look yummy and the layout is much improved from her first book. Have you picked this book up yet? I would love to know your thoughts if you have.
So this afternoon as I was doing my yogi admin (umph), I realised that it is almost the end of January. So I decided to put together my January vinyasa flow yoga playlist for you all. This is the playlist that I have been using mostly during this month mixed in a little with my playlist from December. There is nothing I love better than popping on a playlist, cranking the music up high and sweating it all out on my yoga mat. I love how yoga can be used as a tool to create SPACE. I love that when I go to my mat with a busy mind and all kinds of emotions from whatever day I have had, I can tune into the music, tune into my breath - get out of my head and into my body.
PS - I have only a couple of spaces remaining for my March retreat, now is a good time to join us! YES!
