Hello yogis! I'm heading to Devon this afternoon and I am really excited. It's so nice to have a full weekend off without having to think about being anywhere and doing anything. I'm very much looking forward to spending time with family, reading a lot and doing yoga. It's always good to take time out for the mind, body and soul. Also as much as I love Bristol it is nice to escape the 'norm' once in a while! However, I haven't forgotten about you. Here is a 20 minute full body yoga flow video that you can do at any time of the day, it's the perfect sequence to do when you just need a good stretch! You'll create heat in the body, create space and be able to let go. Perfect for a Friday right?
