Hey guys! Happy Friday! I seem to be slacking on blog posts this week, I don't know where the time has gone. I've been busy teaching and watching a lot of Girls the TV show. I just discovered this show and feel that I have been missing out! But the joy of discovering a new show you love means you can binge watch, which I love. So yes, I blame the lack of blog posts on Girls, 100%. Anyway, today's video is a quick, simple feel good yoga flow which is perfect for any time of the day - after a workout, first thing in the morning or last thing at night to stretch out and wind down before bed.
