Anyway! Today I have a short tutorial for you all about wrists. It's pretty simple and gentle that will have you ready for those arm balances and a dynamic practice in no time. I think it is so important to pay extra attention to the wrists and warming them up - after all in our yoga practice we spend so much time on our hands!
