You maybe have noticed from my snapchat (@jaynebecca) and my June Intentions post that I have been upping the wedding fitness by adding some HIIT workouts into my life. Needless to say when I first undertook this challenge they left me feeling super sore! I quickly worked out where I needed to stretch out the most in order to recover quicker - hips are a must - so I have put together this 25 minute yoga for HIIT workout recovery video.
This is a fairly slow and stretchy practice but still with a flow feel to it. If you feel like you need to linger in a pose a little bit longer feel free to hit pause and take a few extra breathes. I am making good use of a yoga strap in this sequence but it you don't have a strap to hand either use a belt, a scarf or a towel to make a make shift strap.

Remember than stretching before and after a workout is so important to keep your body healthy, your mind calm, to aid recovery and prevent injury.
