Happy Monday beautiful people! I've spent this morning cleaning and organising my house, I'm feeling so happy as there are so many things to look forward to so soon. I had a beautiful but slightly indulgent weekend so today I am getting back on track with what I call a 'refresh week', lots of healthy, clean, whole foods - leafy greens, proteins, good fats and good old H2O. I'll be following a plan and to keep me on track you can expect to see daily check ins on my Instagram page. As I am refreshing and getting back on track this week I thought that it would be fitting to pop up this video - my yoga morning routine. It's a simple routine which I love to do to start my day off the right way and have an amazing day! I feel that if I start my day off in this way then I will be able to handle anything else that crosses my path.
