It's Thursday! I have a lot lined up for today - it's going to be a bit of a whirlwind. I'm leading three classes in and around Bristol so I'll be hopping around the place all day. We are also forecast snow so let's just hope they are wrong with that! Today I wanted to share a quick ten minute warm up yoga flow video I shot earlier this week. It's a feel good flow so take a moment to pause and linger where it feels good or moving a little and swaying where you feel you need some movement.
This video starts off with a centring and moves into some feel good stretches to get moving and warm up the body. You can use this video as a warm up before moving onto a strong flow, before a HIIT workout or a even run.

Remember to make this practice your own, if you want to press pause and breathe for a little bit longer than go for it! Likewise if you are working with an injury and need to skip something all together than do that. Honour how your body feels, move with the breath and that's yoga right there.
