Ahhh Friday! I'm really excited for this weekend as tomorrow I am leading a sold out workshop in Bristol and then I am off to the ballet on a girls night out. I'm super excited for the workshop because it is based around one of my favourite themes - creating space. We will be participating in a writing exercise, support each other with partner work and of course move through a feel good flow!
With that in mind I filmed a feel good yoga for hips and chest video for you this morning. I often find that the hips and the chest seem to be the areas where things often get 'stuck' and we end up feeling a bit tight, whether it is from an emotional or a physical cause. This 40 minute video should help you to release, feel good and create some space in the hips and chest. I hope you enjoy!
