It's Monday and today I have filmed three new yoga videos for you - I'm on a roll! This is the first one that I filmed this morning. I was feeling super sore from the handstand workshop I went to on Saturday (because #StudentFirst) and needed a good warm up flow in order to wake up and find space. So I decided to share with you my current favourite seated warm up yoga flow ending with a little bit of cat/ cow to get into the spine and the side waist.
