Over the last week or so we have been working on balance in my weekly yoga classes so I thought I would put together a little video of the basics of that flow. So this weeks video works with warrior three and opening up the shoulders because let's face it, we all need to open up the shoulders more. I know I always do after spending time working on my computer, playing games or just watching TV - the shoulders always suffer first!
It does jump pretty much straight into the flow after down dog but here is a seated warm up video which is perfect to practice before this one.
