Happy Friday guys! We are rapidly approaching Christmas and I am planning on taking a week off leading my classes and all the yoga things to spend time with my family, read lots and hit the mat for my own yoga practice - BUT! - there will be lots of things going up on my YouTube channel as I have been pre-filming a few things for you. I have a couple of videos lined up already but if there is anything else you would like to see please do let me know. My last day of filming before the holidays will be Monday - so get your requests in! Just leave me a comment down below or drop me a message.
Coming up next week I am putting together a little yoga program for you. So if you do want to hit your mat and practice during the holiday I will have videos lined up for you - all you need to do is line up the videos and roll out your mat!
So today I have a 30 minute vinyasa flow yoga flow for you with an approach to forearm stand. A couple of years ago I did film a video breaking down forearm stand, it's not the best and I do chop my legs out of the shot but you can pick up a few tips if you are new to this inversion. I will film an updated forearm stand stand breakdown video soon - I have more tips and tricks to share with you!
