Hey everyone! So after a super busy four days leading classes, releasing the details of my autumn yoga retreat in Wales and everything in between I woke up this morning tired and worn out. So in the interest of self care I took the morning off (the benefits of being your own boss!) just to chill out and give my body time to restore.
