Happy Tuesday and happy Valentines Day! I just wanted to say a quick, thank you from me to you for reading my posts and watching my videos - I really do appreciate every comment, like and share and hope that my posts help you in some way. No real Valentines day plans for us! I'm leading a yoga class tonight and then we will be having dinner and catching up with each other. Although it is our first Valentines day as a married couple so I was rather excited at buying a 'husband' card, haha! It's the little things.
So today I am sharing with you a quick video on how to do flying pigeon pose which is one of my favourite arm balances. I did write a blog post on this one with an instructional breakdown last year but I wanted to create a video as I sometimes think I can explain things better on camera. It also helps with the visuals! I hope you enjoy! I'm still playing with my video set up so do please bear with me while I figure out how to make the best use of the natural light in my house! I may go back to filming downstairs - hopefully there will be a few bright sunny days coming our way soon!
