Happy Friday and welcome to your Friday video! When I filmed this video I really felt the need to stretch out my hips and hamstrings as I had been for my first run in a LONG time the day before. So yes, this is what I came up with! Again, I am keeping it simple here so that you can follow along but also take the time what areas of the body you need to open up. The beauty of yoga is that if you take time to listen and tune it your body will tell you exactly what it needs from your practice on that day.

Boudavida recently sent me this really cute top and I am in love. It is super comfy and perfect to throw on going to and from yoga class. I also love to tie it up either in the middle like this video or to one side for practising yoga in. The material is high quality, breathable and it washes well. It runs true to size and is perfect laying over a cute sports bra or tank.
