Happy Tuesday and hello Spring. If you are in the UK then you will know that the weather is getting warmer and the evenings are getting lighter - finally! Am I right? This winter seems to have been particularly grey but I guess that is England for you!
Confession - I filmed this video with absolutely no plan in my head other than I wanted to bring in some supported backbends at the end, if you look closely you will notice I have my eyes closed mostly of the time. This is because I was simply moving with the breathe, no plan, no end game, no thinking, just moving, flowing and being. I just talk you through it as I flow!
This flow opens up the hips, inner hamstrings, shoulders and we round it all off with some gentle backbends using a yoga block. Roll out your yoga mat, press play and enjoy!
