Happy Tuesday loves! So I am super busy this week prepping for the first yoga retreat of the year and I am so excited to share all of the goodness with my retreat yogis. In the meantime I am wrapping up this week with the final two videos for the find your freedom flow series. This week we are focusing on cooling and winding down at the end of your yoga practice.
The end of your practice is a great time to focus on slowing down and lingering in the poses a little bit longer. Working on flexibility and allowing your body to find softness. In this video I am focusing on the hips. I do use a yoga block in this video so grab one if you have one. If you don't, no worries you can still do the video.
