This video is for all my yogis who ever have lower back pain or soreness, I know I do from time to time. I will lead you through a sequence which with help to heal and restore your lower back, and also strengthen it where needed. Often we hold a lot of tension in the hips and hamstrings which effects our low back so I also focus on those areas.
Sometimes finding your freedom flow means modifying sequences for injury, working with the body rather than against it. The best thing you can do for your body is to listen to it. Pain is there for a reason, it's your bodies way of asking you to listen!
