Happy Wednesday! I hope that you are having an amazing day. I recently got back from a weekend of workshops with Kathryn Budig in London and I am feeling so inspired! Kathryn is super smart, down to earth and so fun. I have been to workshops with her before but not a whole weekend - it was just what I needed to learn, grow and feel re-inspired for my own yoga practice and my teaching. Watch this space for a full blog post all about my weekend soon!
However for today I am back with a short and sweet video all about building core strength. I actually filmed this a couple of weeks ago along with this lunch break energise yoga flow video but as life can be it has been throwing up some curve balls recently so I didn't get around to editing it. So here we are today! I just wanted to say that if life does throw sh!t at you then know that everyone goes through hard times - it's life and that's what life does. So yes, back to the video - it is super quick at just 10 minutes but perfect for building up strength in the core and legs, short, sweet and sweaty!
