I popped up a video on my YouTube channel on Friday so here it is for you today - 12 minute yoga for shoulders and wrists - in my mind everyone needs to open up in the shoulders. I know (and I am sure you do too) what a few hours sat at work or driving can do to your body, so this is the perfect flow to bring into your day to open up. All you will need for this video is your yoga mat or a comfortable space you can move in.
