Oh hello! Long time no blog post. Time has been racing by and I have simply no other excuse than I got super busy running retreats then I lost my content creation mojo. It happens to us all! However I am back today with a new video for you which I filmed while I was out in Ibiza leading a yoga retreat. I do plan on (eventually) doing a full post on the retreat - the positives and negatives of running a week long yoga retreat aboard - so if you do want me to write up a post on the subject please do let me know. Anyways! Onward with today's video.
Manduka Leggings and Sports Bra
The outfit in today's video was kindly sent to be by Manduka so I just wanted to pop in a quick run down of the outfit just in case you are in the market for new yoga clothes. I will be honest with you I am never sure how to disclose these things and I know there are always a lot of debates in the blogging industry about what is and isn't sponsored content - so yes I did get sent the outfit and yoga towel for free to review but no I am not being paid to write this post. There we go - clear and transparent!
I love a good basic grey pair of leggings and these ones do tick all the boxes - high wasted, comfy, cropped length for yoga in a warm country, easy to move in and they look fab! The sports bra is beautifully made, supportive and bonus points for the super strappy back! I love Manduka as a company and I have used (and recommended) their yoga mats for years but I had never tried any of their clothing items. Manduka uses fabrics made from made from recycled polyester, organic cotton and/or plant-based material. Kind to the earth and feels good on your body - win win!
In this video I am using the Yogitoes Non Slip Yoga Towel. A yoga towel is a great investment especially if you are travelling as you can just roll it up and throw it in your bag, popping it over a borrowed mat when you get to your destination. It's non slip (hence the name), grips onto your mat perfectly and no matter how much you sweat you won't skid. Perfect for hot yoga or while on a yoga retreat - trust me it got pretty hot in that dome at midday!
