Oooh happy Friday! Time seems to have ran away with me this week and I have felt a little on the stressed side if I am honest. I have been super busy organising the 2018 spring yoga retreats but everything seems to have now fallen into place. So onto today's video! Back in May I travelled to London for a weekend of workshops with Kathryn Budig, I left feeling super inspired and recently shared a moon yoga flow (inspired by Kathryn's workshop 'To The Moon and Back') with my summer retreat yogis and I was asked to film something for the YouTube channel - so here it is! It is a shortened version of the flow but it is long enough to build and sweat and stretch out all the right places. The best thing? It is a no chaturanga yoga flow so it is perfect if you need to take more care of your wrists and shoulders or you are looking for a less fiery practice than one with lots of vinyasas.
